Leak

Asked by Mar 07, 2016 at 12:37 PM about the 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4WD Quad Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 leak coming from hose
or thermostat housing? Could it be as simple as
hose or thermostat, or should I be looking into
other areas. No check lights. Just leaking.

It can be that simple. Thermostat itself wouldn't leak though, but the gasket for the housing.

i can see antifreeze leaking 1 drop a minute through thermostat gasket
