I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.7l for the past few months it has started idling rough when at a stop light or in park. Also if I'm slowing down and making a turn the truck will stall out???

IAC is either starting to fail or it is very dirty, remove it and inspect, if it is dirty clean it and the ports, then clean the throttle body, put it all back together, clear the ECM back to factory default, set the park brake block the wheels, step on the foot brake, start the engine, and put it in drive, then turn on all accessories, headlights fan A/C if equipped, let the idle stabilize, then shut it all down, remove the blocking, restart and drive as you normally would for about 15 minutes, that should take care of your problem, provided everything else is as it should be.

I replaced the iac and still same problem

Did you clean the throttle body and reset the ECM? If you did then get some SeaFoam and put in the fuel tank, it could be dirty injectors.
