Ive got a hissing sound coming from my 2002 dodge ram 4.7.

I hear it at an idle from under the
truck. Its very faint in the engine bay
until I rev it with the throttle cable. Any
thoughts on what I can do to fix this?

Most probably a Vaccum leak, see if you can find the area with the engine runnign and open the hood.
