when pushing clutch in most times it wont start I have to push clutch in and release it many times some times I push it in real slow and hit the place were it will start, it sounds like the battery is low befor starting. also some times I wait 10 to 20 mins for starting. also when I open door to get out when touching door I get shocked a little. is safety switch going out? and were is it located. thank you for your help.
