overheating when driving 55

my 2002 dodge ram 1500 4.7litre stays cool at idle but
when I drive it 55 it overheats I've replaced the thermostat
and waterpump did pressure test found crack in radiator
will a cracked radiator be the problem or is the head bad I
really dont wont to drop another couple hundred in it if the
head is bad

You can do a test for combustion products in the coolant. You can also do a compression test.
