Bad connectors, bad grounds, loss of communication between computers, BCM failure, just to name a few.

My truck runs good. Better than it has in a while since all the work I've had done but I loss power to the radio wires the dome lights and the power lock unlock on my keys. Low volts going to the wires that power those things. But the connection is still there just weak.

It still could be a bad connector or grounds, you may want to check your local library for a wiring diagram that you can photocopy or buy a really good shop manual so you can do a circuit trace on the systems effected.
