When i turn my a/c nobe to 1,2,3,4 (power) it dosent
work till it gets to the last dial
Whats the problem
It throws cold an hot
But i need to put it in the ladt number in order for
the a/c to function

Your blower resistor is probably bad. How a car blower works is that when you want to select a lower speed than the highest ( speeds 1-3 in your case) it sends power through the blower resistor to lower the voltage to decrease the fan speed. When you select the highest fan speed the fan gets the full voltage. Now having said all that it could also be the fan control itself. Testing the blower resistor (or just replacing it if you're not tech savvy) is a good starting point ( and usually a cheap one). Hopefully this advise helps.
