what would code p1391 be

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have been having to replace the cps and crank sensor every year when it
gets cold. this year i replaced both and now I have all cylinders miss firing.
All but cylinder 5. It also shows that that i have several codes for the coils. i
did just replace all of them last summer. Any ideas? i have a 2002 dodge
ram slt with a 4.7L . Would it be the tps?
I took it to the dealership they told me i need a new pcm and fuse box. i
replaced the PCM and cleaned the fuse box and there is no change. I was
thinking maybe the timing is off. i looked up the code P1391 and it said the
the cps or timing.
