When should I replace battery terminal?

Notice positive battery terminal cable corroded. Cleaned & put vaseline on it.
This has always worked before but now its corroded again. Should I replace the
terminal?

What is the condition of it? Loose or fraying wires from the cable? If not, then just reclean and add Vaseline. How old is your battery?

Old batteries off gas more, causing the corrosion. Consider getting a sealed battery this time around.
