how do i remove and replace the broken dash board fro a 2000 ram 1500 and00
No special tools needed, except maybe torx head bits. Trim removal tools will also be handy (basically plastic pry bars). If you expect to remove the Heater/AC housing you'll have to evacuate the refrigerant from the system and block off the heater hoses (a good clamp will do that). Be sure before doing anything to remove the negative battery cable and leave it sit for several minutes to remove any latent charge for the air bags before removing those. The instrument panel is the most complicated part of a dash removal. You should look up the repair guides at Autozone.com, they may have the removal procedure there, or buy a Chilton's or Haynes' manual. Depending on your make/model, you may have a PCM (powertrain control module) living in your dash, most guides I've read state not to disconnect this from its wiring harness. Just give yourself plenty of time to do the work, if you're a first timer. If the dash isn't coming out you likely missed a screw or bolt, as they love to hide them in the sun tray and behind trim panels.
changing a dash is a huge job- better left for a Zen Master- or a Car Guru-
