what is a stock gauge on a 1500 dodge ram 5.9 motor

im very frustrated  i have change all  sensors the oil filter the oil pump and my
truck still goes back to 40 percent.   what is the stock gauge where is it

not clear on the question..."stock gauge" refers to which component? I think of Points but 99 don't have any~ as far as gas mileage, the EGR valve will reduce your mileage if it's not switching off upon deceleration~
