I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.2. Recently I was on my way to work and it just died and wouldn't start. I'm getting spark to my plugs but it seems to be very week.

The spark coming on my coil tower is
orange with some blue but more orange.
And the spark coming from my coil wire is
also orange. The spark I got to my plugs
was blue but hardly sparking, turned it over
for about 8 seconds and only seen it spark
2 or 3 times.

Sounds like you have a bad coil, late model coils can throw a mean arc of power with a brilliant blue color, you should also make sure your coil is getting proper voltage and a stable trigger signal, I have seen more than a few Chrysler products not start due to a bad ignition switch, module or pickup coil.

Thanks I'll check those and go from there
