abs and brake light on in 2001 suburban
abs and brake light come on everytime i drive vehicle. been in shop twice , so calle fixed by replacing module. cant get straight answer as why. also low coolant light stays on and it has coolant and not overheating
Faulty wheel sensors can also cause the issue, you also want to check the free play of the wheel bearing. There should be NO free play in the bearing, although a very little is acceptable. Excessive free-play can cause codes as the inner part of the bearing moves to and away from the sensor mounted to the outside of the bearing (hub). The coolant light can be on due to a dirty coolant level sensor.
Go to your local autozone or whatever and get the code from the abs from them, if you post it here then there is a much better chance we could figure it out. There are literally hundreds of possible problems. As far as the wheel speed sensors goes, that is NOT your problem because they only trip the abs light, not both. For the coolant sensor issue, replace the overflow tank (the sensor is integral with the tank) should be about 50 bucks.
