First thing is to check the computer for codes, if it has codes then fix those first before moving on, I suspect there maybe a wiring problem in the engines control systems based on what you said about the lights all turning on at the same time, possibly a ground.

Check for clogged catalytic converter

No codes and it's running straight pipe no cats on it

I still think it is a wiring problem.

Well I have to go get the truck yet so I let it sit all night see If that would change things

I keep getting told by everyone else it's the computer

You do have a muffler on it right ? If so that can get clogged also.

A glass pack it runs fine in park it just back fires when it's in gear and it back fires and all that shit

Figured it out it was a vacuum line going to transfer case
