1996 dodge 5.9 litre 4x4 . overheated shut down fluid pouring out bottom

plowing snow . truck will not restart fluid on ground. could it be just a cooling
line ?

That alone wouldn't keep it from starting, you'll have to check over your starting circuit and battery connections as well as find the source of the leak, then check if there was any damage from the overheating.

If you severely overheated the engine it may have locked up.

Some plow trucks don't cool well and need cooling system upgrades. My Ford does not have any issues at all when plowing snow.
