Mine won't shift when it gets hot. My line run
through the radiator   fluid looks like burnt motor
oil

If the fluid is that bad it may already be too late, at this point in time I would have the trans flushed and serviced, but before refilling add 1 quart of TransX then refill to specs. Then drive it slowly around letting it shift through all the gears before it get to the point of when it quits shifting park it and let it sit for a day or two, then give it a try, the TransX will help clean up all of the passages that are varnished up and help limber up hard pressure seals, so if this does work, remember damage has already been done so eventually you will have to have tranny work done.
