All of my coolant drained out in about 1 minute. I made it home.....when I looked at it there is a hose unattched .......is that how the coolant leaked out?

Yes sir. I'd purchase a new hose and clamp, then refill.

believe your system is a pressurized system and all the hoses should be attached. The is a level line on the reservoir that should have fluid to that point
