mom is having car problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My mother just got home but when she
turned the car off her heater won't turn off
and its running her battery down. This never
happened before. What could it be?

Sounds like the blower motor relay is stuck on. HTH. -Jim

This happened to my wife's 2008 Malibu. I had to replace the control unit. See Attached Photo..
