I have a neon I was driving it when I got home I turn the car off after 3 min I went to turn the car on and it didn't battery is new what can it be can anyone help me

    Won't pop into gear when car is on but when it's off goes in the gears just fine! I switched out the clutch 2 3times the slave clutch 2times idk what it might be
