1994 s-10 blazer rabies LT stretching knocking sound when turning into corner and hitting small bump. Only when turning and hitting a bump. Everything looks good underneath. Sound is from front. Broken shock, maybe? Please help. Thank you.

Can be just about anything in the front suspension. Strut, bushings, tie rod end, ball joint. Even though it looks good you need to get it up on a lift for a thorough inspection.
