I have a 92 s-10 blazer 4+4 15in rim 5 lug will a 16in rim 5 lug fit I don't think it will so I guess my question is where would I get an adapter to make them fit

I never saw 5 lug adapters like this. First measure the bolt circle diameter to see if they are the same. or make a cardboard template. Most Chevrolets interchange, disc brake caliper clearence is the problem too.

Take your wheel off Take a piece of cardboard to cover all 5 lugs, Tap the cardboard with a hammer to make a lug pattern impression, Poke through the holes, see if they match-up.
