1992 chevys10 blazer  stuck in 4W drive how do I disengage it?

There is an actuator on the front axle that may be stuck in the on position, tap it lightly and try it again, if that doesn't work replace the actuator. if they aren't used on a regular basis they tend to seize up over time.
