have a 2003 chevy s10 4 door zr5 and i have no brake lights in rear of truck
the cab brake light works but no rear brake lights,i have check fuses, those are
all good,i have checked parking, blinker and hazerd lights they all work and
even changed the stop switch behind the brake pettel still no rear brake lights
Rear brake lamps run through the turn signal multi function switch, this is most likely your problem. The cab/high mount brake light runs through a separate circuit.
My thoughts exactly. See that you have power going to and coming from the multifunction/turn signal switch. HTH. - Jim
well i changed the blinker switch and it was not that
Check the Stop LP fuse in the underhood fuse box. That feeds power to the stop light switch. if the fuse appears good disconnect the connector at the brake light switch. The orange wire should have 12v battery power. Check with a test light connected to a good ground. If you dont have one they are quite inexpensive at the parts store.
a i got a test light i will check it in tm
