Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2002 chevrolet s10 that is completely
gutted motor transmission everything due to flood
water. I am being offered a donor s10 that is a
1996 with a 4.3 auto and my truck had the 2.2
auto. Could i take everything off of the 96 including
wiring and other electronics and put it in my 2002?

I can't say definitively, but It's the same generation, do some more research. Frequent some S-10 forums and ask there for owners who did a similar swap.......https://chevroletforum.com/forum/s-10- blazer-20/........http://www.gmtruckclub.com/forum/forums/chevy- s10-forum-gmc-sonoma.17565/
