engine runs but at 4000rpm it drops to 3400 &then goes back 4000

driving it cuts & then restarts .     sitting still when reving it sounds like not getting fuel  .   it has new fuel filter & pump

May have dirty fuel injectors add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and use the middle grade or high test gas to help clean out the gum and carbon build up.
