SWAY BAR BUSHINGS...A DIME A DOZEN..CHEAP..

Is it easy to repair? The noise is driving me insane

Sway bar end link bushings. An easy repair you can do yourself with a few hand tools. Just remove and replace both sides.

Your truck has oil all over everything. You need to find and fix the leak.

Your CV Axle boots are torn, grease flying out of the boots.

I think the leak is the owner spraying lubricant on bushings in an effort to quiet and or find the squeak.

Yea I sprayed wd-40 to try and help. It was completely dry prior

If you are going to try and lube it, use some high-temp grease. Usually its red stuff and you can get a small tub of it at walmart for $4. Grease the areas under it as a temporary fix. Driving in the rain will probably wear it out but that should keep it under wraps until you replace the part

I would replace the sway bar end links and lubricate with a silicone spray.
