2001 s10 pickup ext cab

On our 2001 s10 pickup, I,ve had some
blinker issues. When turning on left blinker,
the rear bulb flashes real fast and the front
one is on but doesnt flash. The right blinkers
(front and rear) are both working. The
hazards aren't working at all.
