extreme rear axle damper

I need a part # for the rear axle dampening shock. it is mounted to the top of the axle and to the frame. It sits parallel with the frame.

It was discontinued years ago, and left off the later S-10's. Owners have replaced it with the steering damper Monoe's SC2928. You just need to pick up some grade 8 hardware.
