where is the thermostat 1999 s10 W4.3 V6

follow the hoses coming from the radiator. its on the engine block.

a more acurate explinaton would be to follow the Upper rad hose to the engine. It will be attached close to the center of the engine at the front. at this point there is a housing that the hose attaches to. This housing is held on with two bolts. removing that housing will reveal the thermostat!
