Will a 1994 2.2l Chevy s10 work in a 1998 2.2l Chevy s10
If 98 is equipped already with a 2.2 it should hook right up. Might have to take some of the sensors of the 98 engine and install them on the 94 for it to work properly with the 98 computer.
The coils and firing order is the same so I would say that everything will probably hook right up with no major issues.
1994 is OBD I. 1998 is OBD II.Different computer systems. HTH -Jim
No it will not work don't waste you're time 1994 does not have knock sensor or cam sensor provisions in short block.
