Just wondering if i can pull a 2.2l motor
from a 97 S-10 with a manual transmission
and just drop it in my 96 without more than
maybe an intake swap? Thanks
Edit: not pulling trans with. My 96 has an auto and i want it to stay that way.
Depending on the motor you are swapping with, your electrical harness and computer may not allow for an easy swap.
I find myself in the same place. I was hoping to use a stand alone ign. Like used on a ls it seems that won't work. I dead in the water on this. I running propane or plan on it. Mine a buggy toy. Has any got over this problem. If so what's the answer. Maybe we will find out together
