My s10 will start and run but only if I dump fuel in the throttle body.

Did you already replace the fuel filter? If not maybe it's clogged up.

Did you check the ground wire to the chasis?. Does your fuel guage read the opposite, like always on full tank? check your ground connecttion to chasis.
