Can obd2 tell you anything about timing a 1996 s10?

Distributor changed NOW spark advance says -19 degrees.

You might have to take it to a dealer or someone that can do a reindexing of the new distributor. But if it is not giving you a code for the distributor timing then you can save yourself a few bucks and just drive it the way it is as the ECM is handling the slight variations.
