Fuel filter replacement

What size wrenches do I need to replace the fuel
filter and which way do I turn the fuel line
connector to remove the filter?

youtube has a few videos describing the procedure and tools, I would search that out.

note the picture, is that your fuel filter? You need a couple of wrenches, one for the hex on filter, the other for the hex on fuel line. You might be able to use a couple of adjustable wrenches or a couple of vice-grips. It's best to use the proper size wrench, in my opinion. I don't know the size? If your going to work on your own vehicle, you need basic set of wrenches and sockets, standard and metric sizes. The threads should be righty-tighty---lefty-loosey. Make sure no pressure on the fuel system before taking anything loose.

If you are going to work on your car go to Sears and buy a set of wrenches. They will pay for themselves.
