Left turn signal on dash

I have a 1996 chevy s10. My problem is this, when i
turn on the headlights thebleft turn sign loght is on
but doesnt do anything on the outside, when i turn
the headlights off it blinks like its suppose to,
grounds are good, bulb is good, relay is good,
everything is good thats suppose to be associated
with that, what am i doing wrong?

Your missing a ground somewhere, could even be a bad socket, it will be on the left side and most of them are in the front but not always, so start there and work your way back.
