heat only comes out the vents when i drive

put new antifreez in. No blowing heat when idle small amount comes out only when I
drive. What do i need to fix?

Possible bad or restricted heater core, with the engine warmed up check the heater hoses under the hood, both should be hot if one is cold and one is hot it's probably the heater core.
