Rebuilt motor in my s10 4.3 and hooked everything up just no power

I rebuilt motor in my truck put it back in hooked
everything up no power, checked my starter it had
power, alternator had power, junction box has
power, has power right before fuse box but doesn’t
have power at fuse box what could it be

Might be the mega-fuse; it's the big one that's bolted in. Easy to blow when doing an engine change.
