How do I remove the steering wheel on a 1991 Chevy S10 Base 2 wheel drive?

The Haynes manual states remove the bolts from the back of the steering wheel with a 7mm socket.  I am
not finding a 7mm bolt head.

remove horn pad remove snap ring and steering wheel retaining nut remove horn lead assembly (if equipped) mark steering wheel and shaft for reassembly referance use steering weel puller can get at auto parts store

i think the horn pad is held by 2 7mm bolts then just as tom says

i used to own a 91 jimmy there where no bolts on the and i have mitchell repair information only time there is goning to be bolts r on cars with air bags good luck
