Tail lights on passenger side

So I have a problem with my 91 Chevy s10 where
my driver side turn signal work, and my brake lights
light up when I push on the break. However my
passenger side just stays on and won’t light up
when I push on the break and neither does my
blinker when I turn on my blinker but my dash says
it’s flashing. So I replaced the relay, and now my
front passenger side blinker blinks but my tail lights
still do nothing I need some help please, it would
be much appreciated !
