I have no AIR thru floor vent. Has new blend air door actuator. And it does work. Everyone keeps mentioning glass fuse. does this year have it and if so when is it located

This is a common problem with these. There's a defrost actuator, mode door actuator, and slave actuator under the dash. Replace all three plus the plastic clips that secure the actuator arms to the doors. My friend has a 2000 Blazer and we did just that. He had no defrost or floor air. Replacing those actuators fixed it. HTH. -Jim
