Honda surging problem
I have a 2006 Honda crv with 100,500 miles and
the other day the check engine light came on. And
at stops it surges like it's going to die on me. The
rpm at the stop rev around 1,000 and in park while
still running rev around 2,000 rpm. What is wrong
with my car?
Since the check engine light is on, you can scan the car for the code or codes and that would pinpoint the area that is causing your drivability problems. Drive over to your local auto parts store and ask them to scan your car, should be for free. Post the 4 digit codes back here for further help.
The code they said it was reading is P1009
