vacuum leak or isc...maybe sensor. take it to autozone. read codes. go from.there
Clean sensors and throttle body. The PCM can't find the right air-fuel mix with dirty sensors and/or throttle body.
Possibly a bad IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. HTH. -Jim
