Brake lights will not go off, even when car is turned off. All fuses look good, and it has a new starter battery. Any suggestions?

Brake switch at pedal is bad, stuck in on position

Thanks for the idea. I received the same answer from multiple people, but checked, and switches were fine. It turned out to be a short in the towing harness wiring.
