Oil in antifreeze

Oil in the antifreeze looks like chocolate

As you didn't state your engine, I am going with general failures, all of them may not apply. If you have a oil cooler, that could be leaking oil into the coolant, or a blown head gasket, cracked cylinder head, cracked block.
