My question is I had a misfire in cylinder 6 replaced the fuel injector now I have a misfire in cylinder 4 had good compression before I changed the injector in 6 now my compresion is low and cant get from misfiring has brand new plugs and wires what would cause the compresion to go from normal to low without removing the head gasket?

Not sure on the compression readings, but a misfire is caused by a bad plug, wire or coil, not the fuel injector.
