changed fuel pump and it still wont turn on in my 2002 Chevy Venture

Just replaced the fuel pump and relay and still wont start. The fuel pump wont even turn
on.

Do you have electrical power to the pump? Check fuse, wire connections and wire for cracks, burn marks or broken wire. Are the connections clean/ Best place to start. Is the new fuel pump made for your car or is it a China knock off? Is the pump in correctly and the wires connected correctly?
