Rear wiper don't work but washer fluid works do I need motor or just the arm???

Sound like motor is bad,if you don,t hear motor running,check for power at motor before replacing it,may be bad switch to it.

Check the wiring going to the motor from the main body as well. This wiring is subject to wear because it moves and flexes each time the hatch is opened and closed. HTH. - Jim
