My RPM won't go past 1 .. And it
won't drive over 10 mph ...

I would highly suggest pulling the codes with a OBD II scanner. If your check engine light is on, there is a diagnostic that you can view with the tool. It sounds like an emission problem but it could be fuel delivery or ignition also.
