Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am not receiving a ground signal to coils
from the pcm. What could cause this? My
injectors are receiving a signal.

I had a trouble code for cam shaft sensor. Replaced both. As for the crank sensor, I was told that if I can see RPMs then that sensor is also working. If the chain jumped out of time. Would that cause a no ground signal? The timing is probably due to be done.
