Sounds like the tank selector valve is stuck and returning fuel to the wrong tank. Some were electronic others were pressure fed to make the tanks switch.

OK thanks ...can someone direct me to exactly where this fuel tank selector valve is located ...I've looked up and down rail is it maybe after axle? both tanks were dropped and I still couldnt locate it.
